Welcome to the Antilles Auto Hosts Help & Support Center

Whether you’re exploring how to list your space or checking your host application status, you’re in the right place. Below you’ll find quick answers about hosting, payments, eligibility, and our January 2026 launch.

    • Becoming an Antilles Host

      Who can become a host?
Antilles allows eligible property owners and authorized property managers to list residential or commercial parking spaces through a secure onboarding process.

      How do I apply?
To become a host, select “Register to be a Host” and complete the application. Each space is reviewed for safety, access, zoning compatibility, and appropriate vehicle use before approval.

      What happens after I apply?
Once submitted, applications are reviewed before approval for early access. Hosts are notified when their space is approved and when guest bookings open.

  • Item Making a Reservation as a Guest

    Why can’t I make a reservation yet?
Antilles is currently onboarding and verifying hosts before opening guest bookings. This host seeding phase ensures that available parking spaces meet safety, access, and compliance standards before reservations are accepted.

    When will guest reservations open?
Guest bookings are scheduled to open in January 2026, once enough verified parking spaces are available in supported areas.

Why does Antilles start with host onboarding first?
Antilles prioritizes responsible growth. By verifying hosts and spaces first, the platform prevents misuse, protects neighborhoods, and ensures guests have access to reliable, compliant parking when bookings open.

Can I be notified when reservations are available?
Yes. Guests can check back on the site or sign up for updates to be notified when reservations open in their area.

What should I do in the meantime?
If you are interested in future parking availability, we recommend checking back as host inventory expands. If you are a property owner, you may also apply to become a host.

  • Guest Bookings & Payments

    When do guest bookings open?
Antilles is currently accepting host applications. Guest bookings are scheduled to open in January 2026, once enough verified spaces are available.

    When do hosts get paid?
Host payouts are processed automatically after completed bookings and verification.

For launch, payouts will be issued on a scheduled basis (weekly), with funds deposited directly to the payout method selected during onboarding.

When will payout details be confirmed?
Before guest bookings go live, all approved hosts will receive clear confirmation of payout timing, processing windows, and expected deposit timelines.

    Why aren’t payouts instant?
Antilles prioritizes verified bookings, dispute protection, and accurate settlement over instant but unreliable payouts. This approach protects hosts and ensures long-term platform stability.

  • ItePayments, Fees & Payouts

How are payments handled on Antilles?
All payments on Antilles are processed securely through the platform. Guests pay through Antilles at the time of booking, and hosts receive payouts after completed bookings and verification.

    Are there hidden fees?
No. Pricing and applicable fees are presented transparently before a booking is confirmed. Hosts set their own rates, and guests see the full cost upfront.

    When do hosts receive payouts?
Host payouts are processed automatically after completed bookings and verification.

For launch, payouts will be issued on a scheduled basis (weekly), with funds deposited directly to the payout method selected during onboarding.

How long do payouts take to arrive?
After payout processing, deposits typically appear within a few business days, depending on the host’s financial institution.

Why is there a processing window?
Scheduled payouts allow Antilles to verify bookings, prevent misuse, and resolve disputes fairly. This approach protects hosts and supports reliable, compliant operations.

What happens if there is a payment issue?
If a payment concern arises, it can be reported through the Support Center for review and follow-up by the Antilles team.

  • Safety & Compliance

    How are parking spaces verified?
Every space listed on Antilles is reviewed for safety, access, zoning considerations, and vehicle fit before going live.

What types of vehicles are allowed?
Vehicle eligibility depends on the specific space and its zoning rules. Residential spaces are never matched with high-risk or restricted vehicle types.

What if there is an issue?
If a concern arises, it can be reported through the platform and escalated for review. Antilles is designed to reduce misuse, protect neighborhoods, and support compliant parking access.
