    • How long does approval take?
      → Most applications are approved within 72 hours once address verification and eligibility screening are complete.

    → All bookings and payouts are processed securely through Stripe. Hosts receive funds directly to their linked account within 2 business days after checkout.

    • When will I receive my payouts?
      → Payments are automatically disbursed after the guest’s booking period ends and no disputes are pending.

    • Can I cancel a reservation?
