Welcome to Antilles Auto Hosts (“Antilles,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, booking platform, and support channels (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access

  • Provide false information about your identity, vehicle, or booking details

  • Use the Services for any prohibited, unsafe, or fraudulent activity

We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated.

2. Accounts & Verification

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Verification may include:

  • Email authentication

  • Phone verification

  • Vehicle or booking-related verification

  • Payment method validation through Stripe

We may deny or revoke access if verification is incomplete or suspicious.

3. Bookings, Payments & Fees

Payment processing is performed securely by Stripe.
By booking through Antilles:

  • You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for estimated and final parking fees

  • Certain reservations may require a refundable deposit

  • Final charges are based on your check-out time and applicable hourly rate

  • Hosts do not set prices; pricing is determined by Antilles’ automated system

Receipts and refunds are issued through Stripe.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment systems.

4. Host & Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Park only in designated spaces

  • Follow instructions provided in-app or on-site

  • Depart at or before the recorded check-out time

  • Avoid damage, obstruction, or unsafe behavior

Hosts agree to:

  • Provide accurate space descriptions

  • Ensure the space is available and free of hazards

  • Notify Antilles of issues affecting guest access

Antilles is not a property manager and does not guarantee the condition of any space.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Engage in commercial fleet activities not permitted by zoning

  • Bypass fees or manipulate time tracking

  • Create multiple fraudulent accounts

  • Violate local laws or neighborhood restrictions

  • Interfere with GPS, location-based verification, or app functionality

6. Service Availability

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted features, or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Antilles is not liable for:

  • Parking violations

  • Towing, citations, or enforcement actions

  • Damage to vehicles or personal property

  • Losses caused by weather, construction, or third-party interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Antilles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the booking at issue

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Antilles from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the Services

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Damage or incidents occurring during a reservation

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version.
Continued use of the Services means you accept the new Terms.
